– Manage the provision of analytical services (finished products, intermediate products, raw materials and packaging materials/components)
– Cordinate and effectively partake in the qualifications, validations and calibrations programs of the factory processes to ensure accuracy/reliability and assured high product quality.
– Cordinate the HSE program of the system to ensure compliance with local regulatory agencies and global HSE standard.

Requirements:

• A degree in, Microbiology , Food technology or Industrial Chemistry.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Control/ Assurance Management of Fruit juice / Dried Fruits Manufacturing Company
• Post graduate qualifications is an added advantage.
• Ability to lead , supervise and collaborate with a team.
• Sound knowledge in practical analysis on fruits as well as raw materials sorting and analysis.
